《小学英语高效教学》这本书，以《义务教育英语课程标准（20xx年版）》为指引， 全面提升小学英语教学实效性为目标，面向普通一线教师，立足英语常态教学，从 语音、词汇、语篇、语法和文化意识五个方面，探讨小学英语高效教学实施策略。
作为一名英语教师，我感到了自己之前教学的诸多不足，怎样才能使自己的课堂更加高效?这本书让我感受到教育专著中那份鲜活的理念，捕捉到最前沿的教育信息与动态。
要进行高效教学，课堂教学中必须多信息、高密度、快节奏。所谓多信息，指的是课堂教学要增加学生接触外语语言材料和信息量。在教学过程中，让学生多听些生动、有趣、幽默的对话和短文，让学生在愉悦中潜移默化地获得信息，积累素材，丰富知识，激发兴趣。
随着教材的加深，逐步提高听和阅读外语语言材料的质和量。通过长时间的积累，学生的视野拓宽，信息量加大，听、说、读、写的能力大大提高。高密度是指学生外语实践的量大面宽。教师讲解多，必然减少学生练习、实践的机会。要改变这种局面，就要激励学生积极学习，提高外语实践的密度。教师要充分调动学生学习的积极性，使学生主动积极参与各项外语活动。高密度要求在同一水平的基础上的教学内容并列和反复地进行语言基础知识和能力的训练，并在理解的基础上从听、说、读、写各种不同角度展开，以增加外语实践的量和外语实践的人数。
快节奏指的是学生学习和操练的节奏要交替紧凑。当然所谓的“快”不是指一味的进度快，而是教学节奏明快，练习转换、环节交替紧凑，语速正常，学生操练外语的内容和学生轮换操练的频率要快速、协调。为了节省组织教学的时间，师生之间要达成一种默契，可借助于一些手势语、体态语和暗示来表达教师的要求。这本书主要阐述了以下几方面内容：
一.新课标精要解读：主要引导老师重点分析新修订后的课程标准对于相关英语学习内容的主要目标要求、实施建议等，想方设法让老师做到“标准在胸”。
二.常见问题梳理：就一线普通英语教师教学中最常见、具有代表性及倾向性的误 区、问题给予精要提示，以便于改进。
三.高效策略导引：从理念与实践结合，特别是与大多数普通英语教师教学实践结 合的角度，指导运用实用、高效、便捷的小学英语新课程实施策略。
四.实用案例透析：选用普通一线教师成功的教学设计、教学案例并评析，使之接 近普通教师教学水平的“最近发展区”，易于揣摩领会，且便于“学”，能够“学”。
五.智慧经验链接：精编时效性、操作性强，有见地的相关经验、做法或观点，以 期达到拓宽视野、融会贯通的目的。
六.反思讨论实践：结合小学英语教学的具体实践，每节提供两个相异或相反的观点，并提出直指英语教学实践的两个现实问题，以便引发教师结合实践，梳理自己的观点，反思自己的实践，从而提高自身英语教学水平。
领会了这本书的内容，高效教学是“为了提高教师的工作效益、强化过程评价和目标管理的一种现代教学理念”。所谓“高效”，主要是指通过教师在一段时间的教学之后，学生所获得的具体的进步或发展。也就是说，学生有无进步或发展是教学有没有效益的唯一指标。我认为高效教学中的“效”字不仅局限在课堂中的体现，还应体现在教师的课前准备工作，教师必须提高自身素质与专业知识水平。如果教师在讲课时不具备这些条件，那么即使教师教得十分辛苦，也不能称之为真正高效的教学。只有这几方面都做到了高效，才能算是真正的高效教学。
一、 充分的课前准备工作

听课评课是英语教师在日常教学活动中经常性的、不可缺少的教研活动，是促进教学观念更新、教学经验交流、教学方法探讨、教学展示、研究成果汇报、教学水平提高的重要途径和主要手段。也是英语教师在互动中获取经验、自我锤炼、自我提高的过程。因此，听课评课是英语教师研究课堂教学，提高业务能力的有效途径，同时也是学校工作的一个重要环。
通过初中英语《有效评课》和《评好课：应知应会》这两本书的学习，让我感受颇深。现将自己的一些心得体会总结如下：
一、调动学生积极性，让学生真正成为课堂的主人。
这是新标准的重要特点，也是素质教育的要求。注重学生能力的培养，注重主体参与，教学中互动模式多样，多采用小组竞赛的模式或创造一个语境，让学生展开联想，这不仅能激起学生们对英语学习的兴趣，同时也能营造宽松、民主、和谐的教与学的氛围。平时在这一方面自己做得不够好。因此，听课时我特别注意了各地老师不同的调动学生的方式。学生积极性调动起来以后，怎样保持下去也很重要。老师在每个教学环节中对学生的要求一定要清楚明确，难易适中。只有学生们清楚的知道自己应该干什么时，才有可能干好这件事；而问题太难他们会无从下手，太易又不用思考，这都会打击他们的积极性。
二、尊重学生的主体地位。
英语的有效评课，应让每一个个体主动经历、参与真实的英语学习过程。要看课堂中学生的自主性是否得以充分的发挥，是否根据不同学生的个性、特长组织开展合作学习，学生参与英语学习活动的热情、情感体检如何；还要看学生的合作交流，是否形成互相协作、互相帮助、取长补短、共同进步的学习氛围？是否通过同伴之间的交流而产生了最佳学习效果？
三、关注学生的个体差异。
学生个体之间有着先天和后天的差别。他们在兴趣、性格、学习动机、学习习惯等方面上有着极大的不同。这就决定了不同的学生有着不同的学习能力；同一个学生能够在不同的状态下学习的能力也不同。因此，英语课堂教学应以学习者为中心来设计，注重学生的差异，才能充分调动学生的主观能动性。从教学的角度出发，聚焦学生的差异，并把握学生的差异性，如何设计好一堂课堂互动，如何完成任务活动，如何评价学生的学习情况，保持学生的积极性，有着相当大的作用。
四、在英语课堂中渗透情感教育。
我真诚的邀请班级的其他同学为他们学好英语提出建议，稍加思考后，让学生呢个们纷纷献计献策。给学生创设一个真实的`语言输出情境，给他们提供了一个互相关爱的情感教育的机会，相信同学至诚的帮助一定会给其他英语成绩不甚令人满意的学生留下温馨美好的感动。
五、教师自身的良好素质是上好一堂课的重要前提和基本保证。
在这几天的网上听课中我发现优秀的教师都有几个共同特点：
1、口语流利，发音准确。只有做到这一点，才能保证学生们对课程的理解，才能保证他们学到正确的知识，地道的语言；
2、善于利用多媒体等手段辅助教学，使学生们接触到的知识更立体、更直观、更生动；
3、教态亲切，表情丰富，在课堂上能轻松、活泼、潇洒地进行授课，富有艺术性；
4、有扎实的英语基础知识作为后盾，词汇丰富，课堂充实。师生关系处于一种平等、信任、理解的状态，那么所营造的和谐、愉悦的课堂氛围必然会产生良好的教学效果。
综上所述，作为教师的我，通过这次自学了初中英语《有效评课》的学习使我树立了新的发展观，引导学生建立自主、合作、探究的学习方式，通过师生的深入交流与沟通并指导学生，激发学生富有挑战性，好奇心，也使我的教学专业素质得到更好的提高，在以后的教学中，也能得心应手。
